We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Security Dispatcher/ Site Coordinator. This key role ensures that all security operations run smoothly by overseeing guard deployment, managing timekeeping, maintaining uniform standards, and handling essential documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch security guards to assigned sites and confirm timely arrival.
Monitor guard check-ins and check-outs using clock-in/out systems.
Maintain real-time awareness of guard locations and site coverage.
Ensure all guards are properly uniformed and meet appearance standards.
Collect, review, and forward daily sign-in sheets and reports to clients.
Fill out and maintain accurate logs and paperwork related to shift activities, incidents, and staffing.
Communicate promptly with management and clients regarding schedule changes, incidents, or guard issues.
Assist with light administrative tasks related to site coordination.

Working Conditions:

May include evening or weekend shifts depending on operational needs.
Indoor office-based with occasional on-site check-ins.
